Whether you want low interest rates, low bank fees, and a package that does it all, we can obtain the best loan for your needs. The secret is planning: planning what you hope to achieve in the next few years your needs and goals. The second secret is: ‘knowing your loan’. Know what you’re paying for and why? Does it match your plan? If not, change it. If you plan changes, does your loan match your new plan? If not, change it. Make your loan work for you. See examples under what is the best loan.
At InShape Home Loans, we want you to know your loan and know what you are being charged for. Just like the internet or mobile phone plans etc, you need to know why you picked your loan product and revisit it from time to time and make sure it still meets your needs.
At InShape Home Loans, we help you do this by reminding you each year on your anniversary why you took the particular loan you have. You can then compare the product with your plan, needs and goals; and see if it still ticks all the boxes, or if we need to tweak it or find a new product. This is how you make your loan work for you – you are paying for it.
